How many agents joined Brian Copland's eXp organization in October 2026?
Eight agents joined my revenue share organization in October 2026. They came in through seven different sponsors, and they are based in Texas and Florida.
That spread is what I watch most closely. When growth depends on one person, it stalls. When agents throughout the group are inviting people they already know and trust, it tells me the support is working.
How much did the organization sell in October 2026?
Agents in the organization closed 114 transactions and $69.4 million in sales volume in October 2026. Sixty-five different agents closed at least one deal.
These are closed deals from eXp's own reporting for the month, not pending contracts or projections. Four agents also reached their annual cap in October, which means they keep 100% of their commission for the rest of their cap year, less transaction fees.
Which $1 million-plus sales closed in October 2026?
Agents in the organization closed seven-figure sales in Breckenridge, Colorado ($4.42 million), New Braunfels, Texas ($1.45 million), Kingsland, Texas ($1.25 million) and Austin, Texas ($1.25 million).
That is a Colorado mountain town, two Hill Country communities and Austin itself in a single month. Luxury work is not limited to one market in our group, and agents share what is working so the next person can learn from it.
What does joining a revenue share organization at eXp mean?
At eXp, sponsors can earn revenue share when agents they bring in close transactions, paid across seven tiers. eXp pays it out of its own side of the commission split, not out of the agent's. Revenue share is performance based and not guaranteed.
For the agent joining, the bigger value is the people around you: a group that trains together, shares deals that worked and picks up the phone when you are stuck.
My take
I share these numbers every month because agents thinking about a move deserve to see real results, not promises. Every figure in this post comes from eXp's reporting for our organization.
