This Site is operated by Brian Copland, a licensed REALTOR and Growth Leader affiliated with eXp Realty, based in Austin, Texas. The Site provides information and resources for prospective real estate agents, new partners, and current partners.

eXp Realty is a separate company. This Site is an independent resource and is not operated, endorsed, or controlled by eXp Realty, LLC.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you complete a form on the Site (such as a recruitment inquiry, event RSVP, ticketing form, or contact request), we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• City, state, and general location
• Your current brokerage or real estate background, if you choose to share it
• Any message, question, or other information you include
• Event registration details

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, including IP address and approximate location, browser type and device information, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on the Site, referring website or source, and date and time of access.

This information is gathered through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies described in Section 7.

Information From Embedded Content. The Site includes embedded content from third parties, such as YouTube training videos. When you interact with this content, the third party may collect information about you as if you had visited their platform directly. This activity is governed by that third party's privacy policy, not ours.

• Provide information about eXp Realty partnership opportunities
• Register you for events and send event-related updates

4. Communications and Consent

Email. If you submit a form or opt in, we may send you emails related to your inquiry, events, training, and partnership opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Text Messages (SMS). If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may contact you by SMS using our communications platform. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any partnership, service, or purchase.

Phone. If you provide your phone number, we may contact you by phone in connection with your request or interest.

SMS and call practices are governed by the TCPA and related rules. Consent language, opt-in flow, and recordkeeping should be reviewed by counsel, especially since lead forms route through Go High Level.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers. We use third-party platforms to operate the Site and manage communications, including a customer relationship and marketing platform (Go High Level) for form submissions, lead management, email, and text messaging. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
• eXp Realty. If you express interest in joining eXp Realty or partnering with us, we may share relevant information with eXp Realty or affiliated parties to support your onboarding or inquiry.
• Legal and Safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
• Business Transfers. If our business or assets are transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The Site relies on and links to third-party services, including:

• Go High Level, used for forms, lead capture, and communications
• YouTube, used to embed training and testimonial videos
• eXp Realty and related resources
• External websites, tools, and platforms referenced throughout the Site

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing information to it.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.

State privacy laws vary and change. Confirm with counsel which laws apply to your audience and that your rights-request process meets their requirements.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for real estate professionals and other adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site does not currently respond to these signals because no common standard has been adopted.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
